Product Images

Fly in the House tries to ensure that we display and describe our products as accurately as possible on the website. The color of product may vary slightly in some cases, due to lighting of photo taken or resolution of different monitor screens.

Furthermore, we would appreciate that you do not use any of our images without our permission.


Products

Care must be taken when handling products of delicate nature, and avoid applying pressure which may result in breakage. We will not be held responsible for any damages to the product, nor will we accept requests for servicing, exchange or refunds for said products. 

Discoloration in products containing silver may occur due to various reasons, mainly usage of commercial cleaners on product, contact with cosmetics or chemicals, and should be avoided. We will not be held responsible for any deterioration of the product, nor will we accept requests for servicing, exchange or refunds for said products.

Each product is a hand-finished piece, and we take pride in maintaining a high quality assurance of every item that we create, and that no two pieces are exactly alike. 

Exchange Policy

Given our stringent quality control, we are confident that every item that leaves our care are in immaculate condition and we reserve the right to refuse any exchange of product. In the unlikely circumstance that you should deem the product unsatisfactory, write to us at [email protected], and it will be up to our discretion as to how the exchange will be made, and if, an exchange can be made.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 2 working days after payment, and will take approximately 7-14 working days to reach country of destination. In the event of any delay that we know of, buyers will be notified through email.

We absorb full shipping fees for all products costing USD$250 or more. All other international shipments will be charged a flat fee of USD$30, unless otherwise stated.
